Post 2: Graphic Design Blogger.

For my blog post I read the blog of David Airey. David is a Graphic design artist who writes a lot of inspiring things about the working in the field. One of his posts I read was about Pablo Picasso. In it it said that Picasso was once asked by a woman to sketch her portrait. Picasso agreed and it took him about five mins in one pencil stroke. When he finish the woman was ecstatic and ask how much she owed him. And Picasso said that about five thousand dollars would do. The woman was flabbergasted and asked why because it only took him five minutes. And Picasso said, "It took me my whole life." And that really opened my eyes because a lot of times we buy art we try to some up a value based on our own opinion rather than the skill put into it.

By reading more graphic design blogs I hope to learn more about the field, and all the sections of what I could do with my career. I hope that it will make me more excited to be in my major studies, and that ill learn some tricks along the way. I also think my blogs that I have to read will be awesome due to the fact there will be art scattered throughout it.
